1 lb Persian cucumbers, diced
1 lb cherry tomatoes, chopped
1/2 cup red onion, diced
1/2 cup parsley, chopped
2 tbsp fresh mint, chopped

Instructions:
  • First step is Toss together the cucumbers, tomatoes, red onion, parsley, mint, and dill.
